RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our CONCEPT LIFE STORE. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Every item is indicated with the address of return. To initiate a return, please send it to the indicated address and contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price (including any taxes paid) of your item(s) within 7-14 business days after we receive your return.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
